Chocolate Fudge Sandwich

    1. Preheat oven to 190 ° C / 375 ° F / Gas 5. Grease and place two round 20 cm / 8 "sandwich cans on the base.
    2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a hot water fountain.
    3. Put the butter / margarine and sugar in a bowl and beat until creamy. Beat in the essence of vanilla. Then, add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
    4. Add melted chocolate and yogurt. Finally, gently add the flour with a metal spoon.
